Delivery to Home/Office via Cargus Courier
All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days.
Inaccessible areas need 2-4 business days.
The shipping cost is 15 lei for orders under 200 lei and free of charge for orders over 200 lei.
Delivery dates and hours:
The delivery dates are from Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m. for Bucharest. For the rest of Romania, the delivery hours depend on the local courier store working hours.

- All orders filed before 1 p.m. shall be processed on the same day.
- Any orders filed after 1 p.m. shall be processed on the next business day.
- Any orders filed on Friday after 1 p.m. (Romanian local time) and throughout the weekend, shall be processed on Monday.
Your shipment may be delayed for the following reasons:
- The product is out of stock: In this case, we will communicate with you to suggest a similar product, or to ask you whether you want your order to be delivered without this product.
