ORDERS
1. Ho do I place an order? Plus

To place an order, follow these steps:

  1. Select the products you are interested in and add them to your cart.
  2. You will see a green display banner on the top for each item added to your cart. To proceed, click the cart icon and choose "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" or "GO TO CART."
  3. You can either log into your account or check out as a guest.
  4. Fill in the required shipping details, select the delivery method, and click "NEXT."
  5. Choose the payment method and complete your order.
2. How can I confirm my order? Plus

Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk folder as well. If you do not receive the email, please contact our customer service.

3. Can I place an order via phone? Plus

Yes, you can place your order by calling our phone number: +40213718975 or +40758055586 (Mobile). Our call center operates Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00.

4. Can I cancel my order? Plus

Yes, you can cancel your order if its status allows for cancellation. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service.

5. Can I add or remove a product from my order? Plus

You can add or remove products from your order as long as its status allows for modifications. This means you can make changes before your order is processed by our logistics department. To make changes to your order, please contact our customer service via phone at +40213718975 or +40758055586 (Mobile) (Monday to Sunday, 09:00 - 18:00) or via email at eshop@funky-buddha.ro.

6. How long does it take to receive my order? Plus

All orders are shipped within 2-4 working days. Inaccessible areas may require 4-7 working days for delivery. Delivery dates are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. for Bucharest. For the rest of Romania, delivery hours depend on the working hours of the local courier store.

Important Note:

- Orders filled before 1 p.m. will be processed on the same day.

- Orders filled after 1 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.

- Orders filled on Friday after 1 p.m. (Romanian local time) and throughout the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Your shipment may be delayed due to the following reasons:

  • The product is out of stock: In this case, we will communicate with you to suggest a similar product, or to ask you whether you want your order to be delivered without this product.
  • In cases, such as extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in cases of force majeure, that may affect the transfer and delivery of your shipment.
  • A problem occurs with your shipment—related to the product or its payment—and we are unable to contact you due to incomplete or outdated contact information.

8. Are there any charges for returns? Plus

Returns to funky-buddha.ro are free of charge if you choose to return the products via Cargus courier company. If you return the products via any other carrier, you will be responsible for the relevant courier cost.

9. How do I know if you have received my return? Plus

To track your return, please visit https://cargus.ro and enter the tracking number found on your voucher.
