Return Policy

Do you want to return the products you purchased?

You can do so for any reason, within 30 working days from the day you receive your order, free of charge, as long as the product is in perfect condition with the special labels (hangtags) on.

Funky Buddha offers you 2 different ways of returning your order, to choose the one that suits you best.

1. Return via Cargus courier!

a. Fill in the return form you received with your order and place it along with the products you wish to return and the receipt, in the original packaging.

b. Contact customer service at +40213718975 or eshop@funky-buddha.ro to have your Cargus Courier pickup order registered.

Refund processing time: up to 10 working days from the day of receipt of the parcel at our warehouse.

Note: If you return your order with any other courier company, except Cargus Courier, you will bear the shipping costs.

 

2. Return it to the store!

a. Walk into our Funky Buddha store with the items you want to return and your purchase receipt.

b. Choose the product you want and head to the cashier to complete your return.

Note: We do not support refunds from e-shop orders in our physical store.

For gift exchanges processed in-store, the product must be accompanied by the receipt number or the exchange barcode printed on the receipt.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION ON RETURNS:

·         If a defect is detected in the returned product, the customer service department will contact you.

·         Product replacements are made in the purchase price.

·         In case of an order cancellation, either upon the customer's request or due to stock shortage, the refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.

·         For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges & returns on underwear and socks.

·         The refund of the product value does not include the shipping and delivery costs.

·         We do not support refunds from e-shop orders in our physical store.

·         Gift orders where the delivery address is different from the billing address are excluded from the right of refund.

·         Returns are not accepted for purchases made through funky-buddha.com.
