HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY POINTS HAVE BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT?
Every purchase is a unique reward for you. For this reason, your points are credited to your account in real time. You can always see your current level and the total number of points you have accumulated through your personal profile.
I THINK MY POINTS HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED CORRECTLY TO MY ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Points are updated in your personal profile within 48 hours, unless you have made a purchase from the eshop, in which case the points are credited when the order is shipped. If they do not appear within this time frame, you can either send a message to eshop@funky-buddha.ro .
HOW CAN I EARN EXTRA POINTS AND MOVE UP IN THE FUNKY BUDDHA CLUB?
It's very easy! In addition to your purchases in stores and the e-shop, you can fill in additional information in your profile to earn extra points.

WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL MEMBERSHIP CARD?
No, your membership card is digital and available through your profile.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
No, your membership card is personal and available through your profile.
HOW DO I COLLECT POINTS?
Points are easily earned after every purchase of products from the e-shop or a physical store. For every 1 LEI spent, members earn 1 point.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY TOTAL POINTS AND MY BENEFITS?
You can track your points through your personal account on the Funky Buddha website, using the two progress bars for: 1. Tier points and 2. Redemption points.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition. So, don't forget to make the most of your points and enjoy your rewards.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY POINTS ARE NOT APPEARING IN MY ACCOUNT?
Points are credited to your account immediately, but in some cases it may take a few extra days. This is mainly due to the way you make your transaction, either online or in a physical store.
HOW LONG ARE THE REWARD VOUCHERS VALID FOR?
Your coupons are valid for 2 months from the date of activation. In any case, once you choose to redeem a coupon, you have 2 months to redeem it.
HOW MANY COUPONS CAN I USE PER TRANSACTION?
You can use up to 1 coupon per transaction. Also, don't forget that each coupon has an expiration date.
IF MY ORDER IS CANCELED/I CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS?
For every change you make, your previous points are refunded and new points are credited (point balance). If you request a refund or issue a credit voucher, your points will be deducted and when you make a new purchase, your new points will be credited as normal.
HOW CAN I SECURE MY PERSONAL DATA?

WHAT HAPPENS IF, WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF JOINING THE FUNKY BUDDHA CLUB, I HAVE NOT EARNED ENOUGH POINTS SO THAT I CAN BE UPGRADED FROM SILVER TO GOLD OR PLATINUM MEMBER?
If within 12 months you have not managed to collect the 1000 tier points that allow you to upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership, all your points (tier and redemption) will be reset to zero. However, this does not mean that you will be removed from the Funky Buddha Club.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF MY UPGRADE TO GOLD OR PLATINUM MEMBER WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF MY UPGRADE, I HAVE NOT EARNED THE POINTS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN MY LEVEL?
If you do not collect the required points to maintain your level, you will be downgraded to SILVER and your points (level and redemption) will be reset to zero.
HOW DO I REDEEM REDEMPTION POINTS?
Redemption points can be redeemed in two main ways:
a) By issuing a coupon for the purchase of products (500 points = 25 LEI gift voucher).
All redemption methods are personal and can only be used by you.
HOW DO THE VOUCHERS WORK?
By viewing your available redemption points, you can choose to redeem them from the available electronic vouchers (Get rewards).
To issue your coupon, the "Get coupon" button must be activated.
Issuing the coupon deducts the corresponding redemption points from the member's account, which are non-refundable.
If the coupon is not redeemed within the deadline and under the conditions specified on each coupon, then you completely lose the right to redeem it.
Also, once the coupon has been issued, you cannot request a refund of the points.

To stop receiving updates, you must follow these steps:
